At Playhouse Rugs, all rugs are custom made based on the specific design, size, and details provided by each customer. Because every item is made specifically for you and cannot be resold, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before submitting payment, including design selections, size, colors, shipping address, and any submitted artwork. If a mockup or proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details prior to production.

By placing an order with Playhouse Rugs, you confirm that you have reviewed all details and agree to these terms. Submission of payment serves as acceptance of this Refund Policy.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we may review the issue.
