These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Playhouse Rugs website and the purchase of any products offered through our site. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may harm the website, the business, or other users. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Orders

Custom Rugs

All custom rugs are handmade to order based on the specific design, size, and details provided by the customer. By placing a custom order, you confirm that:

• All submitted information is accurate and complete.

• You have reviewed and approved any mockups or proofs provided (if applicable).

• You understand that minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the product.

Production time for custom rugs is approximately 2–4 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Premade Rugs

Premade rugs that are listed as ready-to-ship are not made to order. These items will be processed and shipped the next business day after payment is successfully received, excluding weekends and holidays.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments or third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize Playhouse Rugs to charge the full order amount.

4. All Sales Final

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final.

• No refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted once an order is placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Custom rugs require a 2–4 week production period before shipment. Once completed, items are securely packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Premade rugs will be shipped the next business day after purchase.

Playhouse Rugs is not responsible for:

• Shipping carrier delays

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Expedited production for custom rugs may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged prior to purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product photos, branding, and original rug designs created by Playhouse Rugs, remains our property and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Customers submitting custom artwork confirm they have the legal right to use that design. Playhouse Rugs is not responsible for copyright violations related to customer-submitted content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playhouse Rugs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
