Production Timeline

• All rugs are made to order.

• Standard production time is 2–4 weeks.

• This timeframe includes crafting, detailing, carving, backing, and final finishing.

• Production time begins once payment is successfully received.

Shipping Process

• Once your rug is completed, it will be securely packaged.

• Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate before placing the order.

• Playhouse Rugs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier-related issues.

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Expedited production may be available for an additional fee. If you need your order completed sooner than the standard 2–4 week timeframe, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.
